118 Business Directory Guidelines

To ensure your listing is approved you should follow these guidelines. Be sure to consider the advanced listing option so you can include deeplinks to important pages within your site.

Types of Submissions

A Basic directory submission is free, requires no reciprocal link and allows you to enter The company name and contact details and a link to the website

The Advanced directory submission allows you to add up to three URLS to your website within the business description. These links can use anchor text and deeplink to relevant pages within your site. To enable this, you must place a Reciprocal Link to the 118 directory on your site. The link must sit on a page that is no more than one click from the homepage.

After Submission

When you have submitted your basic details you will recieve an email with instructions on how to log in to the control panel and edit your contact details, edit your business description and add your deeplinks (if you have placed a reciprocal link)
